Minimum and recommended system specifications for Architect

These are the system requirements and recommendations for Architect Agent. 
Game servers need to be considered separately.

Minimum requirements

  • 1 CPU core @ 2.0 GHz (x64, x86 architecture)
  • 500 MiB free RAM
  • 1 GiB free disk space (SSD)
  • 16 MB/s network connection
  • Persistent internet connection to licensing server required
    (Network requirements)
  • Windows: Windows Powershell must be available on the system
  • Full administrative privileges are required on the system

Recommended specifications

  • 2 CPU core @ 2.0 GHz (x64, x86 architecture)
  • 2 GiB free RAM
  • 1 GiB free disk space (NVME SSD)
  • 100 MB/s network connection
  • Persistent internet connection to licensing server required
    (Network requirements)
  • Windows: Windows Powershell must be available on the system
  • Full administrative privileges are required on the system

Additional notes

Some hosting providers require specific system settings for the Agent to function correctly, you can review these here.

Any installation or usage of the Architect Agent falls under it's license agreement. For usage on shared systems, the software administrator must inform all users about the license agreement and ensure their compliance.

Windows Server is recommended. Client/Home versions are not officially supported.

May be run in a containerized environment.

Considerations for game server deployments

  • Each game server deployment requires additional disk space
  • System specifications for individual game server deployments must be kept in mind at all times
  • Game servers are optimally run on non-virtualized hardware
  • For best performance a SSD should be used
