CFTools Cloud employs subscription based billing and one-off payments. For each payment, you will be provided an invoice. Services are available after the invoice has been settled.
One-off payments
These include subscription upgrades (pro-rated), license purchases (Architect) and individual services rendered.
You will find an invoice generated during the checkout flow that will be directly collected after the service has been purchased.
Services will start working immediately upon confirmation of the payment.
Subscription payments
CFTools Cloud is a subscription based service that automatically renews monthly, quarterly or yearly depending on your preferences. The subscription can be cancelled at any time through the CFTools website.
Invoice due dates
All invoices are immediately due and have a settlement period of 7 calendar days. Should an invoice not be payed during this period, the invoice will be written-off.
If the invoice covers a subscription service like CFTools Cloud, the subscription will be voided.
