This refers to the subscription based version of Architect. Persistent license keys do not expire.
You can cancel your CFTools Architect subscription the following ways:
- Through your CFTools account under https://app.cftools.cloud/billing/subscription or statically linked on all website pages
- Contacting support through our help desk
- Contacting us by e-mail via `[email protected]`
Cancellations are in effect at the next renewal date.
Effects of cancellation
When cancelling your CFTools Architect subscription, you can utilize CFTools Architect until the current billing term ends.
End of subscription
After the billing term ends (at the renewal / cancellation date), the subscription is stopped and you will no longer have any subscription benefits or features.
All active Architect agents will stop functioning after the subscription expires and need to be uninstalled.
