The "ADM Log Pending" warning appears if OmegaManager has not yet located an active .ADM file to monitor for server events. This will happen on each server start for a maximum duration of 60 seconds. After this period a useable .ADM file should have been located. Should the message appear when the game server is still running, an error occurred locating the active file.

In most cases, the .ADM log file has been disabled, you can check if you have removed the "-dologs" or "-adminlog". Removing any of them will prompt the DayZ server to not generate an .ADM log file resulting the the "ADM Log Pending" message to stay during the entire runtime.
