Game/Workshop updates not functioning

Should you encounter the issue of your deployments no longer updating in case of game or Workshop item updates, you are encountering a SteamCMD issue. This requires advanced debugging using the raw OmegaManager console.

The first step is to highlight the OmegaManager console and trigger a manual upstream check. Now you will see several SteamCMD related messages printed in the console, and you will also be able to see the issue you are encountering.

Rate limit errors

Your account got rate-limited from logging in to Steam. This automatically blocks your server from logging in to any particular Steam account for 1 to 48 hours. This can not be circumvented and does not require any manual work to get resolved.

Steam guard / 2FA issues

We do not recommend using 2FA on the used Steam account due to common authentication issues and we can not provide support for issues that stem from it. The easiest way to get rid of this issue is to disable 2FA. For securing your Steam account, we recommend using the e-mail Steam Guard level and using a 64 character alpha numeric password.

Access denied for individual updates

Your account either does not own DayZ, or got banned from the Workshop. Nothing we can do here, except use a different Steam account or buy DayZ.
