This information is accurate for server metadata only and does NOT apply to RCon.

CFTools Cloud is one of the consumers of your game servers metadata interface. The type of interface used and underlying protocol depends on the game server title you are operating.

Title Interface Protocol
DayZ (PC) Steam A2S
&
Bohemia Interactive proprietary
ArmA 2 Steam A2S
&
Bohemia Interactive proprietary
ArmA 3 Steam A2S
&
Bohemia Interactive proprietary
Rust Steam A2S
Hell Let Loose Steam A2S
Squad Steam  A2S
DayZ (PS4, XBox) Steam (limited) A2S

These interface operate from a "query port" which must be available to all players, Steam and our crawlers. Without this server metadata, CFTools Cloud and more important your players are not able to properly find your server in server browsers.

You need to configure this query port in your server configuration, and it must only be once. Multiple servers may not use the same port, and the port can not be used for anything else while in use. You may need to create firewall rules in your system and network level firewall appropriate to your configuration and environment.

Our crawlers operate from a dedicated IPv4/IPv6 (if supported) for each individual title. You may find the used address below:

Title IP Supported IP protocols
DayZ (PC) 162.55.52.17 IPv4
ArmA 2 5.75.145.245 IPv4
Hell Let Loose 5.75.145.245 IPv4
Squad 5.75.145.245 IPv4
ArmA 3 159.69.10.10 IPv4
Rust 91.107.224.81 IPv4

We may change these ip addresses at our sole discretion.
